3 INGREDIENTS - Omelette in the Oven!


  • 3 small free-range eggs (or 2 big ones)

  • Two handfuls of spinach (About 300 g)

  • Half a bell-pepper

Seasonings: A pinch of paprika, pepper and Himalayan salt


  1. Preheat the oven at 200 degrees in the fan option

  2. Beat the eggs in a bowl

  3. Cut the bell pepper in small cubes and the one handful of spinach in strips

  4. Whisk together all the ingredients and season with the paprika, pepper and Himalayan salt

  5. Put your mix in a non-stick container (approximately 20x15cm). If you do not have a non-stick container, you can also grease the container that you have with some virgin olive-oil

  6. Place your omelette in the oven for 15minutes

  7. When ready serve with the other handful of spinach to the side and drizzle some olive oil on top of your greens
