What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

You need to make the decision that fitness will be a lifestyle choice. It takes time, consistency, and loving the process of becoming the best version of yourself. Getting the body of your dreams also means accepting your insecurities, the body flaws, but at the same time, love and nourish your body and give it the fitness lifestyle it deserves to function efficiently and give you the power to continue to beat thresholds. It is incredible how having a strong body, allows us to also have a 'strong mind'.

What do you love most about your job?

Seeing the satisfaction of my clients when they achieve something they did not think they could. At the same time, seeing the impact that fitness is having on their confidence and that in turn changes their whole mindset, allowing them to take on more challenges, handle life issues more efficiently. It is witnessing the process of becoming the best version of themselves by just showing them how.

Why should a client choose you?

A client should come to me if they have a serious goal and want to change the whole way they view fitness. My clients are always held accountable and it is important that I make them understand that they achieve, I just show them the way to achieve. My background means that I have a deep understanding of the body and the way it moves and functions, and I am able to transfer learning of body awareness, allowing my clients to take on valuable techniques and information that gives them a better understanding of exercise. This is knowledge that they will carry on forward and apply for the rest of their lives.
