Berry Berry good!
A berry-good to wake up and start fresh. I usually go for this pink-heaven choice on Mondays, as it makes my day! An invigorating smoothie that will kick start your week in the most delicious and creative way!
Ingredients:
¾ glass Almond Milk or Soya Milk
½ frozen berry variety and strawberries
1 full spoon of hemp protein
1 teaspoon maca powder
1 small sachet of stevia (optional)
½ spoon of guarana powder (optional)
Instructions:
Pick one or two berries to leave behind for decoration
Put all the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth
When ready pour in a glass and top it up with your chosen berries!
I use unsweetened almond milk from 'Rude Health' for the milk base and a mix of frozen blueberries, blackberries and strawberries. Hemp adds to the nutty flavour and the outcome is a satisfying vegan drink, that will keep you going until lunch time!
